Sunway is planning to launch V Residence 2 (the second phase of Sunway Velocity’s residential component) at the end of June 2014. V Residences 2 comprises of some 334 units of cabana-style apartments and serviced residences. The cabana apartments have built-ups from 850 sq ft to 1,136 sq ft, and are located on the facility floor with private garden; there are 13 of these in the offering. The serviced residence, on the other hand, come in sizes ranging from 850 sq ft to 1,130 sq ft. All of the units have the much coveted KLCC view (albeit from a distance… the development is about 4km from the city centre).

V Residence 2The development includes a two-acre park as well as a wide array of facilities located on the rooftop: a sky cinema, floating deck, astronomy observation deck and a gym. Accessibility is also enhanced with covered walking bridges connecting to two MRT stations as well as underground tunnels and underpasses.

Sunway Velocity is a mixed development comprising of residential, retail and office components. Sitting on a freehold land of some 23 acres, it has got a gross development value (GDV) of RM3.6 billion.

The third phase of Sunway Velocity’s residential component will be launched by the end of 2013, while the fourth (and the final) phase is scheduled for much later. Completion of V Residences is projected to be in 2017.

IJM Land is planning to launch the RM2.5 billion Pantai Sentral Park township by the end of June 2014. The project is expected to take 10-15 years to complete over 13 phases, with its first phase, known as the Inwood Residences, a 38-floor condominium block housing some 211 units, will be completed in a little more than three years.

Pantai Sentral Park by IJMPantai Sentral Park sits on a 58 acre land in Bukit Kerinchi, and comprise of a mix of residential and commercial components. When completed, the township is expected to accommodate a population of 15,000.

IJM Land’s current projects include Nusa Duta in Johor, Shah Alam 2, Seremban 2 and The Light in Penang.

Fields Of Gold, Rawang

Fields Of Gold

Primarc’s residential project in Rawang dubbed the “Fields Of Gold” was launched with rather good fanfare over the weekend with take-up rate reportedly at the 50% level. The project, valued at some RM117 million, sits on a 6.8 acres of land in Rawang which also includes a 1.5 acre park.

The project comprises of some 53 homes with four storeys and built-up areas of 4,000 sq ft and up. Each of these boutique homes are prices between RM2.1 million and RM2.5 million, and come with five bedrooms and five bathrooms each. There is also a basement garage which could fit four cars, as well as a rather nifty security app which enables the owners to directly give access to visitors.

The 1.5 acre park is also a primary attraction with specific zones representing each of the four seasons.
