Fraser & Neave (F&N) has announced that it is planning to start work on its yet-to-be-named integrated development in Section 13, Petaling Jaya by the end of 2014. Previously we have called out F&N as a “bandwagon jumper” after which we were told that it was indeed a major developer down south in Singapore – read this. The project will sit on a 12+ acres of land, and will feature the whole enchilada and then some – serviced apartments, offices, commercial lots and a hotel. The Gross Development Value (GDV) is a mammoth RM1,700,000,000 (spelling that out for effect!), and the project will take some six years to complete.

The Mews, KLCCEastern and Oriental (E&O) has launched the uber posh sales gallery for its latest project, The Mews on Jalan Yap Kwan Seng. The aptly named “Mews Gallery” was launched last Monday to good fanfare, featuring pimped up show units with 1, 2 and 2+1 bedroom configurations. The Mews is E&O’s second project in the KLCC enclave, the first being the venerable Dua Residency which faces Jalan Tun Razak. Naza TTDI has got some rather bold plans for 2014 – it has announced that it will launch some RM1.7 billion worth of properties in terms of GDV in the Klang Valley. Coming up in March are TTDI Alam Impian and TTDI Sentralis.

TTDI Dualis in Equine Park will be launched next, followed by the next phase of TTDI Alam Impian as well as TTDI Grove in Kajang. In KL, the development of its RM4 billion Platinum Park in KLCC is in full swing (read our sister site KLCCcondominiums.com.my’s review here), and we shall expect to hear more about the mammoth RM20 billion project dubbed the KL Metropolis on Jalan Duta this year. #ballin
