Cendana Puncak Alam Launched By Worldwide Holdings

A double-storey terraced homes development in Puncak Alam, Selangor, dubbed the “Cendana” has been launched by its developer, Worldwide Holdings Berhad (Alami Shah Alam, Subang Bestari Shah Alam, Puncak Bestari). Valued at some RM126 million, there will be 208 units of these terrace houses built on more than ten acres of land off Jalan Batu Arang. Cendana is a leasehold project, and is expected to be completed in middle of 2016.

These terrace houses have built-up sizes ranging from 2,290 sq ft to 2,388 sq ft. Prices range from RM580,888 (intermediate) to RM1,037,888 (corner), with the same configuration throughout (3+1 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms).

Accessibility-wise, Cendana is connected to the rest of the world via the Guthrie Corridor, Jalan Kuala Selangor, the Kuala Lumpur-Kuala Selangor Expressway as well as Jalan Meru.

The Ametis

The other Worldwide Holdings Berhad projects are namely Alami and Subang Bestari (both in Shah Alam) as well as the Ametis; the latter consists if seni-detached houses with built-up areas between 3,284 sq ft and 3,743 sq ft (with five bedrooms and five bathrooms each). The Ametis is located in Bandar Pinggiran Subang, Shah Alam, and will be priced between RM1.61 million and RM2.33 million. Set for completion in the third quarter of 2016, the Ametis is accessible via the LDP and the New Klang Valley Expressway. The Saujana Golf and Country Club is nearby.

Curiously, “Cendana” is quite popular as a name for housing projects in Malaysia. The other “Cendana”s include Kiaramas Cendana in Mont Kiara and the “Cendana” on Jalan Sultan Ismail in Kuala Lumpur downtown.
