Good Agents: Get Your Leads Here!

i-want-leads

Here at GoodPlace.my we receive requests from our readers daily asking us to research for home buying options as well as to make agent recommendations. Currently we are building up a small panel of trusted agencies and individual negotiators to help our home buyers. If you’d like to consider joining the GoodPlace.my panel, submit an application by clicking on this link below –

PEOPLE WE NEED TO HELP: Both first time home buyers and seasoned investors, local and from abroad, looking for properties which are typically RM1,000,000 and above. We get mostly requests for residential properties although occasionally there are inquiries for commercial and land deals.

Below is a (truncated) screenshot of the tracker that we handle inbound leads at any given time:-

BEFORE YOU APPLY: As with anything that we do here at GoodPlace.my, the experience of our home buyers overrules everything else. As our home buyers carry a lot of goodwill from GoodPlace, we don’t want to risk tarnishing our reputation by recommending agents that we cannot completely vouch for.

What this means is that acceptance to our program is not automatic. But I’m (somewhat) reasonable, so don’t worry – just go ahead and sign up if you’re an agent who does things right. Good luck!

Hi, I’d be keen to reach a Malay audience for properties in the UK. Buy to let – making use of the drop of the Sterling.
